No he is young let him go and you won't have to ask if he is legal next year. It will be obvious.

I think he will be 13 on the money....But thinkin' and knowin' are two different things....You should let him walk and hopefully the folks next door to you aren't outlaws...good things come to those who wait

I would let him walk. Lee County has a lot of good deer. If the folks around you have a wildlife management sign on the property gate you can almost bet they are doing their part to grow better deer. If you find out some names send me a pm and I can tell you what you can expect.

I do not think he is 13". It is larger than most of us, including myself think it is. I shot a nine point last year that I knew was 14-15 and turned out to be 13.2. Plus he has a few more good years to go.
