something else is hunting my stand

On two separate occasions I have noticed a huge pile of poop in one of my tree stands. Not actually in the stand but in the fork of a big liveoak. This fork is 6' off the ground and it is not uncommon to see where racoons have used the bathroom there. This poop is seedless, looks like a large dog has taken a dump. But because it is so high off the ground I am reasonably sure that it is not a yote. This tree sits next to a large open pasture where the hunter can see his prey for long distances. My question is: bobcat or mountain lion? Remember, this is some big stuff. The first time I saw it I thought it might be from a human souce.

Sorry for the "crappy" pictures. Taken with my phone. TBH braintrust, what say ye? For reference the knife is 3.5 inches long.

        Bigfoot chupacabra, without question.

Looks like a cornfed raccoon, actually. Why were you poking it? Do you peel apples to eat with that pocket knife?

There is coon crap in the picture (upper end) so you have that for reference. No, this came out of a much larger rectum (I'm being nice).

And yes, Shane I washed that knife before peeling my taters.

We had an owl that made a home in one of our blinds, and it left fecal mater in that size.

owl crap usually has bones in it though. The crap with the seeds in it looks kind of like opossum. I do know that coons like to go in the forks of trees so that would be my first guess. On another note, ususally bobcat scat has hair in it so I wouldn't pick bobcat as my first guess.

Had a fox sleeping the day away in one of our big live oaks last year.

No, no it's all good with each other so I know it's not that. I mean, what kind of animal of that size can leap (or climb) 6 feet into the fork of a tree and take a dump like that?
