The woman who got her watch back said she had at one time turned over a wallet on a plane to someone that had a huge wad of cash in it so I figure it was just her turn to get something back. I too have had an object returned (of no monetary value) so no biggie. My parents would have done the same and that is where I (and we all) get it from

A few years ago (prior to 911) I was to pick up my Manager one evening at Houston Intercontinental for dinner and pick up our Bonus Checks (woohoo) and while waiting on him I found a lady's earring on the ground out in the parking lot pick-up area. I just put it in my pocket not looking much at it. When I got home I remembered the earring and took it out of my pocket. Much to my surprise it had 12 huge diamonds and appeared to be run over several times in the parking lot. I told my Wife and she asked what I was going to do. I contacted IAH and they said since it was out in the parking lot the chances of return were very slim. I had two sets of earrings made...one for the Wife and one for my Daughter-In-Law. That "free" find cost me over $700.00 in mountings. Oh well, they are worth it.
