First cold weekend?

I just checked the weather forecast for Abilene (my lease is 35 miles east) and they are predicting a low of 35 Friday night. I hope they are right - it won't kill all the browse but it should knock it back some and hopefully get the deer moving!

I was thinking about it being cold on Halloween the other day, about 15 years ago at the 4-H Carnival in Graham is was snowing.

it was CALM and 36 on Monday morning here and I was just about pulling my hair out sitting in the office. Sure enough I pulled my cards Tuesday and had several new bucks chasing does around the feeders
