The bucks are chasing the out behind my house in Huffman (harris county). Have not seen much activity at my lease in liberty county.

I've seen a few young bucks chasing does and checking scrapes. It should be full blown in a week or so. I saw this on the east side of Hardin county. I'm seeing a lot of deer on the roads, they're starting to move often.

angelina county. Last weekend saw bucks trailing does, but not all out chasing. This weekend it should be in full swing at my lease.

Saw seven bucks at Polk Co. lease last weekend while hunting. One 3.5 yr old 8pt with a doe at feeder and Sunday evening saw five bucks in about an hours time just cruising along an acorn ridge.

When this is happening it is close. Should be "ON" in another week.

looked around feeder today, havent been here in five days, when i left seen some young bucks chasing down the does, tracks all over my feeder, some big buck tracks, and alot of does, didnt see anything this am, but it is awful warm, so this evening (rain pending) will hope to see some good activity

henderson co. has definatly got it on their minds, seen a young 8 chasin does and seen a real meat wagon .... 4pt who was 5.5 yrs old 16-18 in wide and had no G1's who is going to take a shaft just as soon as i can get back out there and sling one....... it was a cool site since the trinity river is one of our borders about a half mile in the woods .... its out of its banks and the deer was swimming after a doe ....... that is tough love for sure!!!! i know no ldp's but its hard enough to stalk on something much less take a pic before you wing it!!!
but yes in a week or so it will be full blown!!
