Murphy's Law In Full Effect

Had a four day hunting trip that ended in an absolute disaster.
First day =


Second day perfect weather. N.E. Breeze. Saw lots of animals. Stalked up on a hog 30 yards on my knee. Came to full draw =

i noticed at the last second a small twig going between the main string and the cam. I was beyond the point of no return!

The worst part is I always bring a back up bow. ALWAYS. After trip after trip of never needing it I left it at home.

EPIC FAIL - that's hunting for you. Always go prepared. This is the last time I will ever make such stupid mistakes!
