Floor pedestal help and pics

I think I want to do a floor pedestal for my living room with my deer I killed last week.

Does anybody have any suggestions or pictures or comments on floor pedestals?

I'll secod Texastaxi pedestal. The things are incredible, and the detail is amazing. Buck_Wild did the mount to top it all off.

J-Bone...that mount is amazing. The rack below the mount...is that a shed from the same deer or just a totally different buck? Oh wait...I'm not 'jacking this thread am I?

That's actually a set of replicas for him. I usually have them propped up on the base so people can pick them up and feel the horns, so they don't mess with the mount too much. I just moved them out of the way of the picture to show the full base, but they snuck back in some how.

TexasTaxi, got your link and thanks J-bone for the pics. I really like that. I also killed a cull buck that is being euro mounted. I might have to copy you and put it on the base.

TTaxi, I will shoot you an e-mail about some stuff in the next day or so. I'm forumlating some ideas. Great stuff on your sight!
