If you get back to the Marble Falls area, we're having a neighborhood come and go at our house starting about 4 pm til dark or so. Snacks and perhaps a cold beer. It would be really great if a few TBH'ers stopped by. At least then my neighbors would know that I'm not the only totally crazy bowhunter in the world

    email or PM for directions

Some days there is a traffic jam around that house. One day last week, a group of about 15 people set up their oil painting stuff.

Nice pictures! That old house is famous around these parts....if you stop in the Bluebonnet Cafe you'll see a post card similar to your photo but not as good as yours. My wife and I were just trying to think of the name of that old house....one of the old time ranching families' name. It'll come to me later. The house is reported to be haunted. Also, there have been some terrible accidents there with the picture takers coming and going....beware!

Didn't want to make it sound too bad but there was a very bad wreck there a few years ago. Some folks stopped to take pictures and pulled out into the the traffic....don't remember all the details but several were killed. It does attract a crowd when the bluebonnets are thick. Ray
