This might be a dumb question, but here goes.

Are you sure your centershot was done correctly?? If your arrow is straight and in line with your string, then I do not think you should have any problems with your fletching hitting the cables.

Center shot is easy to tell. Line your string up with the center of your stabilizer. With an arrow on the rest, if it's "center", the string should bisect the length of the arrow and the center of the arrow should bisect the stabilizer. On mine, I have it set just to the left of center because that's where the bow wanted it.
