    Riding Mower Help

I have a Murray 42" riding mower that I Blew out the rear tire. I have ordered a new tire but I cant figure out how to get the rim off the mower. It has a Black plastic cap in the center of the hub that just spins. Anybody know how to get the rim off? Thanks

I just changed mine on the rim last week. Oil up the bead and two pieces of flat stock can have it off / on fairly quickly. I then sprayed the inside with starter fluid to seat the bead. Good luck.

Should be a cotter pin or E-clip behind the black cap.

          Pop it off!

Why would you need to seat the bead on a tubed tire?
