    Bryan/College Station Area

    Who all lives there?

    and

Anybody on here a Homebuilder/Remodeler in that area? I live now in the Woodlands and I am a builder/remodeler and I am thinking about starting to get some business up there in hopes that I can move further away from Houston and get more into the rural area. It may be one or two days a week to start, but I would like to do more work in that part of the state.

What do you know about that market etc..??? Any insight or help would be appreciated.

Thanks Cameron. Is he a builder there? I am currently a builder in the Houston Area and just want to explore other opportunities. Not sure if there is one or not, but thought this may be a good place to start.

Its been a great market for the past ten years or so. Especially once you find your niche. Bill is one of the finest home builders around.

I manage the ABC Supply branch here in Bryan. Feel free to give me a call and I'll visit with you about the local market of exterior remodeling.

Use to work outside sales there and the businesses there have grown alot, but it seems to realy drop once all the students leave for the summer, its like the town just shuts down.

Thanks for the Link Bill. Looks to be a pretty good one. What I would do to not have to fight this Houston Traffic everyday.
