I personally wouldn't change anything if you're happy with it. It like having a great bait that you are catching fish on but decide to change to a "cooler bait" that everyone else is using but getting skunked on. Think about it.

I am using a Scott goose release.

I might/might not change during the season. I'm wearing those bristles out on the hostage and getting tired of changing them. I guess I will be getting a rest first.
Will the Drop away be more accurate than the hostage?

      Thanks for the replies

I would think a rest that provides zero interference with the flight of your arrow would be more accurate.

Have to agree with Keep on the middle-of-bow-season change. I'd get the rest after deer season.

My accuracy improved when I changed from a WB to a Spot Hogg drop away.
