Universal Sign for Sticker Sightings?!

After a brief discussion on another thread about sticker sightings and awaring the other driver that they have been spotted...what are some ways that you might show the other driver they have been spotted? I think it would be cool to have a Universal TBH gesture (clean of course). Safely, my thought would be having your free hand (while the other one is on the wheel) as if you were drawing your bow with a couple taps on the horn to get there attention.
What would you suggest?

That is why I put in parentheses (clean of course). I know hand gestures can get quite upsetting on the road...especially if you don't know the person. It would be cool though for some that might not have a sticker and spot someone that does; to be able to show a way of being connected to TBH.
