                  I went frame by frame...shot went right over her but she didn't even crouch until the arrow was going past her...straight up miss...

                    Miss, he aimed high and the do did react but not enough to totally avoid the arrow on a well placed shot

                      Yeah, why do "they" say "jumped the string"? It's all about ducking. And what does string have to do with it? Why don't "they" say ducked the arrow?

                        Because the string is all they hear... downrange, it's all about broad head and vanes buzzing or flapping.

                        A set of Blazers at 280fps makes a rather ominous sound.
