    Pop up hunting

Just got my new Ameristep blind tonite, I set it up in the backyard and done some shooting out of it. Man its HOT in that thing. Is this common to all the popups? Looks like Ill be hunting in my underwear when its warm.

Yeah, mine gets pretty warm as well, especially when there is no breeze what so ever

I agree, but what do you do? I try to open a few vent windows and leave mesh up. Then i have one shooting window thats open all the way, no mesh. Helps alittile..

        Pop-up

I have one that i have used for several years. I only wear a longsleeve black shirt and light black gloves when im in it. I also have a light underarmor black face cover that i wear. I have killed bunch of game out of that thing and for the price,,,its paid for itself !!!

shorts and flip flops are my choice of hunting attire in a pop up when it is hot.........Sportsmans guide carries a fan/light for the ameristep pop ups....suppose to be silent. Bought one to try out this year, but haven't hunted yet......

i leave the mesh up and open the windows. One main window is bare for shooting. And usually i am in just a tee shirt and jeans.

Black from the waste up. Shorts and sandals below. No need cooking yourself.

12 volt fan on low w/12 volt feeder battery works good with just a black underarmor shirt and undies and croc's

They are like a sauna unless you get one that is all mesh like the Ameristep Choice.

Like has been suggested, little to no clothes (except black on top), open vents and/or use a small fan. Pray for a breeze blowing in the right direction like away from the deer and into your face.
