    Identify Exotic

Friend of mine has a lease where he sees exotics. This weekend he had a solid white exotic with chocolate horns step out at 35 yards. He shot it but too far forward and lost the blood trail at 300 yds.

He said the horns did not paddle like a Fallow and swooped back from the head then up. Said it was a large bodied animal like a Whitetail. Kept saying it looked like a Fallow/Whitetail cross.

Anyone have any ideas what this might be? He is hunting the Junction, TX area if that helps.

Maybe a fallow with really crappy horns. We have one on our ranch that doesn't palm at all. He just has really bad horns.

He said it was more Elkish or Fallow with no Paddling affect.

I bet it was a fallow with no palms.

my guess would be a fallow deer without the palmation.....can't think of anything else it might be based on the description.

we have a spotted fallow running around our place that looks like a large white tail with spots because his antlers don't plam. I'm guessing fallow also.

                        Cmon Guys.

                        Chupacabra.

My bet is fallow too but until we see pics, Chupacrabra it is and it did not happen.
