Thanks to those who already responded. What do you think about scent on the decoy? I heard some guys carry the decoy with rubber gloves to keep human scent off of it. Think thats necessary? Any suggestions on doe-in-heat and/or calls to use with it? Thanks.

I always handle mine with latex gloves while setting it up and then I spray it down with cover scent for good measure. I never put any kind of lure directly on it and I use the scent wicks with urine under it and around it. I've used it during the post rut and had does grazing all around it. I don't think it really matters what call you use, they just want to see another deer and confirm what their ears tell them.
