Hunting tomorrow?

Can't get anything on the couch! If its been raining there like it has been in central Texas, tomorrow is the first clear day in a while. They might want to be out a little after being held down for so long by the weather. It might pay off.

I'm heading out to Pat Mayse WMA tomorrow for my first deer hunt of the year. It may or may not be good, but I'm hoping that the lack of rain will have them moving around some. Actually, they are calling for a 30% chance of rain tomorrow, so I may still get wet. But, I'm willing to take the chance to finally get to hunt!

I will be in the woods tomorrow also . It beats being at work . Going to get settle in early and waiting on the cool front .

I hunted last night and had a short sit this morning. The weather was right with it foggy, slight breeze but the deer where moving pretty slow. I got blanked last night and saw a couple young bucks this morning. It beats waking up in the concrete jungle.

I didnt see anything. Had my son with me and he wasnt to fond of sitting still. Heard something moving around in the water by the stand but it was to dark. When light came nothing was around. Dropped my therma cell out of the stand, that was good!
