Got in stand early and it was deer weather. Not much moving first light but then I had 2 bucks slip in on me at 8:30. My stand is only 10 yds from feeder and man were they close. I'm tucked in a oak tree surrounded by 5 yr old pines, well hidden. It was the 6 point and a decent 8 point that I believe to be 3 or 3&1/2 with huge body. I'm in antler restriction co. and he was right at it but I want to be for sure so I let him walk. If anything maybe he might be nicer next year. I don't get to see deer so close like that all the time so I was excited. They fed for 10 min. or more and then wondered off. Just wanted to share my morning with you guys.
