Hey guys, new to the board and was doing a little searching and found this thread. Just curious how everyone knows about Justin's music, or knows him personally? I cant send PM's yet seeing as this is my first post here or I would have sent this straight to Ouch, but I was a very good friend of his in college. His music is great. I still have my copies of his originals done in his apartment on his computer at A&M. They were done on his roommates computer and you can actually hear the sounds from his AIM buddy list sign ons in the background. He has played for my entire family and we love his stuff. I regret that I havent kept in touch with him as much since school as I would have liked, but how is he doing? How is his music doing? I called dibs back in college that if he made it big, I would drop whatever I was doing to drive his tour bus, so that is mine. Hahahaha. Thanks guys. Good to see his music is finding a strong following too. As stated before, the guy is a great guy as well as musician. I dont know if yall's CD's have it, but he actually wrote a song about me and him from school called the breaks, about losing a Rolex in the Gulf and beer runs and everything. I was that guy if you have that song. Enjoy your CD's. I can even get some of yall some copies of the older originals if you want if they aren't copyright infringements. Clint (Tubby) and I have a camp near Cooper Lake. Justin lives just up the road from us. When we're at the camp, he's around at some point. I haven't been able to go lately due to my (fairly) new little girl, but they've been rockin' pretty regularly here lately.
I don't have his number, but can probably get it pretty easily.Comment

Does he just play for yall at the camp, or does he play in some local bars? He used to play around College Station when we were in school at some of the bars. Ask him about Carey Colley next time you see him. My dad and I fish at Cooper Lake when I am in town, we will have to give him a holler next time we head that way.Comment

I know he was working for Reddy Ice right when we got out of school in the Valley, then I believe he was moving back up north to work for the Campbell's plant or something.
