I just finished the online course a week or so ago. It was convenient for me to be able to do it a little at a time because of my schedule. It beat sitting in a comedy club for 6 hours or sleeping through a basic dd course for 2 nights.

The video is pretty easy, as you can do it an hour at a time and you don't have to leave the house. Also, I would rather sit on the couch than at the computer.
