Launcher Silencers

I wanted to see if there is a better launcher silencer out there than I've been using. I have been using the silencer pictured below, and love it because it is completly quite, but as it wears my impact point changes as well. I have tried the teflon stuff, but you can hear it as you draw. I shot the Golden Premier rest.

when i had that same rest i used the heat shrink tubing. about every 2 weeks i would cut off the old, cut some new tubing about 3/4" for each prong, slip it on and heat it with a lighter to shrink it.
