I just put out a primos groundmax this past weekend on our lease. I brushed it in and staked it down real good. The place has some cattle on it. So my question is have many of yall had problems with cows tearing up your ground blinds.

Cows and a ground blind?

People told me that would happen, but I put mine up last year with no trouble. It was up all year and the cows didn't mess with it.
Having said that, I did put it in a small stand of elms and white brush that was even difficult for me to get in. But I'm sure if they wanted to they could have gotten to it. One thing I didn't do was keep any corn or other cow attractants in it.
And of course the blind has pink shades of camo this year.

We've had mixed result with cattle - sometimes they chew them up, sometimes they don't mess with them at all. We've tried putting barbed wire around them, and that helps some, but we've also had a cow jump the wire. Brushing well seems to help, especially if the cattle are just curious - maybe it's not worth the effort to them to push through the brush.
Like Txbowhunter said, they are like coons...
