average life span of a donkey?

just wondering how long a donkeys life span is.i know this donkey is at least 3 yrs old because thats how long i have hunted there.from sunrise to sun down this jack arse would hee haw whistle hee haw whistle then every 5th one the whistling part sounded like some suckered punched him in the gut.he was kinda cutting into my one on one time with nature.sorry had to let that out.other than that had a blast with my brother in law out trying to get his first bow kill.saw lots of deer and can not complain too much when your sitting in a tree with good company in the field

Hunted on a ranch in Mexico years ago. The "cowboy" was 86 and he had a donkey that was born when he was 50. They both got up every morning, hooked up a two wheel cart and hauled rocks 12 hrs. a day to maintain the roads and fences on ranch.

I hope it isn't any of mine ruining your hunt. Mine only scream in the morning, eveing, or when anything new happens (animal walks by, car drives up, people walk by, wind blows).
