Deer processing??

I haven't had a deer processed in a while. Usually cut it myself. My question is if I shoot one this week what should I have them do to it. I obviously want steaks and bfast sausage but how much and what other cuts do you guys get. Thanks

I do my own but I always get a lot of ground meat (usually more than anything else). I also like a lot of Jerky.

Backstraps,tenderloins,and bacon burger. Usualy keep the neck roast for a special occasion. Forgot about the deer fries.
