Mmmmm Mmmmm. Salad with fresh vegetables from the farmers market topped with my wife's delicious home made dressing, black angus rib-eye medium well, large baked potato with sour cream, onion, and cheese. Rounded off with a large glass of 1995 Silver Oak. That's what I was thinking about as I ate my left over fried rice.

          Nitro,
spined about perfect. Calcs show you should have speeds upwards 280 fps and KE of 73

Better have some one check out your set up fast. According to the calcs you are dangerously underspined. If you have two med cams then you are much better spined. Good luck.

According to the calcs you are off the chart stiff. FYI, I used 7.5 brache height and 1 medium cam. Is the arrow length right, excluding tip and nock. Sounds a little short. Learned to watch for that from Sharkhunter's wife.
Nope that is right, 26 inch arrow, I missed the wrong key got me there, that's why I thought I could shoot the 500 just fine, or maybe crank up poundage, but my setup now is shootin good so won't change much, might go back to 500 beman though, my arrows are short based on rest, and I font have but 1 inch past rest, all I know is it is a sure fire shooter!
