can anyone recommend a good processor in San Antonio or south Texas?

In Pearsall, behind Los Cazadores, there's Sou-Tex Sausage Company. Never used 'em but the owner seems nice; I'm sure they get tons of business...Plus you can poke around the Contest, Taxidermy studio, retail shop...

Broadway Lockers in San Antonio used to be good but have not been there in a long time.

Granzin's in New Braunfels has always done a good job also and quick.
