    What about the turkeys?

I see all the game cam shots of deer and every one is mad at the hogs and the coons. If we put out cameras, 75% of our pictures would be turkeys in droves. They are the guys that compete the heaviest with our deer for the corn. Doesn't any body else have that problem??

I have the same problem. Three roosts on my place. Not uncommon to see 50-60 birds a day. Sometimes more. I absolutely hate them corn vacuums.

we have one good flock that comes to one of our feeders and we like them. They don't bother us to much, but if they start taking over the place them we will have to start thining them out.

We have a huge turkey "problem.". There groups of 20+ gobblers that come in like clock work. It is nice to take a couple a year and get some long beards for the wall but once they come in the corn is gone!

Can anything be done about them?? Hog panels won't work for turkey

I only get turkey's in the spring. They go down the hill during the fall. I would love to see a few during deer season. One of my goals is to take a long beard with my bow.

I get turkey pics everyday. They clean the corn up fast.

I have turkeys at one place every morning and evening. Last year they would spend the first hour of the morning and last hour of the evening tearing up my food plot. I really hate the suckers! When we had a group of 20 I thought they were great, but now we have a group of 100. It's ridiculous/.

We have a large turkey pop as well but luckily they don't hit the feeders until 2 hours or so after sun-up so teh deer usually get their fill. I haven't met a turkey I didn't like and if a good long beard presents itself I'll fling an arra....although I will save at least two tags for the spring.

Got my eye on a bearded hen this season as well...just for the novelty of it....

I've got an HEB Plastic bag that I tie on to the end of an arrow. If there are no deer at the feeder and the Turks come in, I stick it out the window and go to thrashing that bag. You ever hear 50 turks take to the air at once? They got used to that sack and won't even leave anymore.
