    The Diet Challenge- weigh-in #2 4/1

    Only good news I have to report is I didn't gain any weight.
    # of workouts/week slipped to 2, and calories are the same.
    Looking like I'll be on the shipping-end of somebody's T shirt if I don't get in gear here.

    Sorry to hear that,Bill.Hang in there and try to stay motivated.

    I have lost a total of 23 lbs so far.I have definetly gained muscle as well so my fat loss is probably at about 30lbs+-.Never felt better and have never stuck with it this long.Yee-Haw!

    My wife is diggin it too!

      I've lost about 3 pounds. I was out of town on business this past weekend, and it was very hard to maintain my diet, but I did my best. I started my diet on the 27th, so 3 pounds in 5 days is pretty good, I think!

        Started today myself, my main goal is not necessarily weight loss but just working out and more energy. Just a more healthy lifestyle to keep up with my kiddos and not have my heart feel like it's going to jump out of my chest while hunting this year.

            This is my first weigh in since starting (3-15). I have lost about 9 pounds so far. 244 to 235.

                I weighed while at the doc the other day and was at 205 which is down from my starting weight of 225. Kinda hard to believe since I have not been dieting that hard core. I think I only wanted to get down to 200 but at this rate I want more.

                  Down to 217 from 230. I had a week of cheating that put me back some but no I am on track.

                    I have lost from 295 to 278. 17 lbs gone and feeling a lot better. Main help to me has been the elimination of sugar, cokes, sweet tea, bread and other starches. Candy and ice cream are taboo too. Eating lots of fruit and it ain't all bad. Still eating meat and vegetables just not as much. Have not doen any exercise as of yet but plan to get to that walking real soon.

                        Dito, I started over AGAIN today. So far so good but I'm not asleep yet either. Does 7 and 7 count as a desert?

                          Last week was tough at work, profit sharing on Friday with lunch provided all week. I did get a good start on the bowflex, and am at 220 this morning, so at least all the food last week did not see me gaining any. Found out I'm going to have to add Ibuprofin to my regular diet......

                            No change here, but I have been running and not so winded after the run.
                            I'll most likely not be back to post on this until the 15th of Aug. I don't know if I will have computer access or time. But I will continue on the work.
