Why do people protest at the G20 summits way more than at the UN or other places? I have seen some of the vidoes from last years G20 in London and some from this years in Pittsburgh and it seems to be crazy. With all of the police and military security around there it sure doesn't look like an American city.

I actually just got back from observing the protests, it was pretty crazy but they got what they deserved. I have tons of stories. None of the protesters really had any idea what they were protesting they just want to pretend they're in the 60's. One of the women protesters was walking with a bike and she THREW HER BIKE AT A COP!!! Needles to say she got whooped and this was on live tv. And this morning she was wearing $600 dolce gabana sunglasses. I saw another guy mach charge the state police line and they smashed him on a picnic table. It was awesome. -
The ones causing the trouble have no real political issue with the summit. They have dedicated their young lives to being part of some anarchist black flag group who solely protests violently for the purpose of protesting violently. They have no real agenda. Its attention getting at its finest for them. There are groups out there who make a lot of money by teaching people how to protest and counter protest full time.
They just travel from one protest to the other, or hang out in Berkley when they need a standard protest. Berkley P.D handles close to a 100 local protests a year. You tube Berkley PD Protests sometime and watch the clowns in action.
With that being said...I support thier right to protest regardless of their agenda.Comment
