Both eyes open! It is okay to blink your off eye a couple of times when you get started to help you focus and feel more comfortable. Once you get used to it you won't want to close that other eye.

I am just impressed with both eyes open. Just was always a little scared of fixing what is not broke. Glad I gave it a honest chance.

One eye closed. It helps me pick a spot. I tried practicing with 2 eyes open but I found that little things in my peripheral vision would catch my attention and distract me. But thats just me.

I shoot with both eyes open what it does is give you better depth perception.

That would be me... left eye dominant

I shoot a rifle/shotgun left handed, but a bow right handed.

A handgun right hand, using left eye.

it works... Ain't for everyone, & not what I would want if given the choice.

But... I'll take the cards that were dealt me 45 years ago...
