You can get the the exact string material, number of strands and color or colors that you want. A custom string and cables is built exactly for the specs of your bow.
Winners Choice plus the others available do not stretch (draw length does not change, cams stay the same, tuning does not change), the peeps do not rotate, and they tend to wear better on the serving under the arrow and around the cams. My experience at least. They're not really custom, they make them to the length you need for your bow and can be twisted-up to shorten if needed (IF).

Now that could be something to make it worth while. When I bought my Mathews (7-8 years ago) I was looking forward to the 'no stretch' Zebra twist that they advertized. I found that to be just advertizing. I set it up with a peep without the rubber and found that I couldn't keep it straight. And pretty much every 5-6 weeks I have to twist my cable to keep my cam in tune.
There are others too mentioed on TBH, Vapor Trail and Bucknasty are 2 of 'em. Some are made in Texas, I don't know which one. Winners Choice are made in Oregon in John Day, an area clobbered economically by the tree huggers shutting down lumber and timber operations there- he started the company on an economic redevelopment grant- so it's not like you're sending your hard earned money to China (or New Jersey).
