ar ? which one to get

i have narrowed it down to the colt M4, the bushmaster M4, and the Bushmaster Texas M4 which one of these would you ar experts recommend

The guys on M4carbine.net will tell you Colt, it is the industry standard. That said, any of the above would be an excellent choice, IMO. Just look for 5.56 chamber, 1 in 7" to 1 in 9" twist on the barrel as well as chrome lined bore and properly staked gas key.

Colt definately has the better product. Beyond opinion, that can be backed up with facts. Tuffbroadhead is pretty much the Colt expert around here. He can break down all the differences for you in detail. Other than Colt, I only like LMT, but that's not one of your choices. Good luck and enjoy whichever one you get!

Colt,LMT,CMMG,RR,lots of choices before I would go with Bushmaster! Colt is higher cost(worth it),there plenty good AR platforms out there!

A lot of your consideration might be in what you plan on using the gun for....

in my opinion either gun will be fine, the colt is considered top of the line and the price reflects it. If i buy a colt it would be for a collectable. I have Rock River 5.56 and a DPMS .308 SASS, I love both of them, no regrets.

I have a bushmaster and have been to 3 classes with it without any issues. Their are several makes with good models. It all comes down to price and preference. If price was not an option I would say go with a LMT.

Best gun hands down for the money with the most milspecs IMO is the cmmg or bcm.
