Sts Help Please?

I've seen these stops on bows but can't actually find them for sale for my bow are they a universal fit? and will it slow you down much? And do they really help quiet your string down? Thanks!

will it slow you down much? Not at all, gain if you can remove string suppressors

do they really help quiet your string down? Yes
