We leased 800 acres in Live Oak county to a company a few weeks ago. They called one day and offered a pretty good amount, but we turned it down and said we'd think about it. Two days later they called back and their offer literally went up by almost 150%. We have 100% of the minerals in that pasture, so we'll see what happens. Should be a good time to start your own little oil company in this area.....
