I am fairly new to bow hunting, been shooting a PSE Nova since March 09. I am ready to upgrade and thinking of getting a 2008 Diablo, a deal on last years model. Any advice on this bow or any other ideas? Thanks in advance...

How much is the Diablo costing, for the bare bow? It that your maximum budget or could you pay more? With that info I think folks could give you better recommendations.
FS has it for $599, there are a lot of other more-popular bows available in that price range (I'd look really hard at the Hoyt TurboHawk, Mission bows and I'm sure there are others when guys chime-in).
BTW, I own and like PSE bows, but I think there are others in that $599 price range that may be better. -
I can get it rigged out,with release, arrows, field pts, quiver for $400 tt&l new. I think this is a good deal. Shot it yesterday and qas very quiet, just curious as to FPS with this one.....Comment

the diablo was one of my favs. but make sure its the 08 model. I am almost certain they stopped making those in 07. For 400, I'd look around some that's a lot of cash you could drop on some newer equipment. If you are being brand loyal I've seen some of the X-Factor bows used around that price.
