? on a older bow

Some one here where I work wants to sell an older bow it is Golden Eagle. I was thinking about getting it to use for bowfishing. It has sights, new string, rest and stabilizer for 100 bucks I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on this bow.

I had a Formula 3D for two years, lots of KE on it but can't remember the setup. I would put a laser sight and use it for night hunting.
