Thanks everyone. It is amazing how much better I feel not carrying that around.
Mike I just changed some things in my life. I drink alot of water and drink few soft drinks. I pull into the fast food place for lunch and order a burger or whatever, they ask me if I want the combo and are surprised when I say "no, just the sandwich". I eat salad for dinner 3 or 4 times a week. My portions on any meal are purposely smaller. More exercise spring and summer this year. So yes, I've done some things on purpose.
