I paid 9 dollars for the map and it has helped me alotnot knowing the area. what I have noticed is there are more roads in an area than the map shows. Is there another map that has more info that anybody is aware off. I did print aireal shots and that really helps alot with the layout of the area.

You've got about all there is. MicroSoft's Terraserver and some others will show more, but topos and photos and driving them will show which are driveable and which must be walked. Welcome to public lands hunting. Also do a search in the public lands forum. If you see my VW bus up there, I'm not far, stop & visit. There's quite a few of us on here that do LBJ, but the last deer up there was hit by a car in March, so 'there aint no deer up thar'. -

Barn----been working out in LA LA Land and am home for just 2 weeks. Don't know when and IF I'll even be able to make a hunting a trip this year!
At my age I need to make hay while I can so I'm doing a series in Hollyweird but socking alot it away so maybe next year I can take off.
I check here every once in awhile so post up on your success or send me a PM occasionally.........
