    Arrow Selection???

I have a stupid question, first I shoot Beman 400 MFX Realtree arrows and they are 28" long to the end of the nock. I just happen to look at the selection chart on the box and for a 28" arrow shootin 70# with a hard cam it suggests a 340 not a 400 arrow. Does this include the Nock??? I am right on the line of a 400 and 340. Am I shooting the right shaft? I have never looked since the first time I went with this arrow and that was what the bow shop suggested? The 400 seem to fly real well, just wanted to know what ya'll think...

I shoot the Beman ICS 400's. I have shot the 340's as well. The 400's are a little lighter than the 340's. Personally I like both of them.

Unless you want a heavier arrow I would not change.
