Broadhead Test Requirements

A buddy of mine are going to test a mess of different broadheads this week. What kind of tests would be most revelant?

Get a fresh cow shoulder put a couple through it at 10 yards.
Then use some bailing wire to tie about 10 phone books to each other and shoot into it.

That there would tell me all I need to know.

If shooting machanicals...I've toyed with the idea of getting some shammies (sp) like you use to dry your car after you wash it, and stretch them over a wood box. Then stuff the box full of something like wet toilet paper or something to keep the shammy moist and create some drag/resistance on the broadhead. My thinking is that the shammy would somewhat replicate the deer's hide. What say the rest of ya?

Shoot some thru the mesh on a pop up.
If you shoot them in a "block" target, measure the penatration on each.
Keep account on which ones shoot dead on, 1" low, 1'' high, etc..............
