Need some help from the video editing guys here

I have so video of a young mans 1st fishing trip this morning. I need them cut and put together or whatever it is ya'll do to make the cool videos I see here at TBH. I have no ideal how to do this. I barely got the videos onto my computer.

If anyone can help just let me know.

What type of camera did you use, Jeff? If it's on a Mini DV tape you can mail it to me and I'll edit. If it's on a hard drive camera or memory stick you might want to find someone close to home.

Its some kind of little flip video cam. I have them loaded on my computer, and they open with realplayer if that helps at all. Like I said I have no ideal about this stuff.

If you can burn them to CD and mail to me I might be able to open it with my Mac computer. No guarantees though. It's probably too big to email as an attachment but you can try that too. bobbyminchew at gmail dot com

Anyone ever use pinnacle studio to edit video?

If you can burn whatever you put on your compputer onto a DVD-RW, I can put something together. I use Sony Movie Studio. All the guys are right, probably too big to email. You trying to put it to music and edit some scenes together?

Windows Movie Maker will open AVI files and you can edit it and create something with that program.

Play with it if you have it...

If not try to zip each avi file separately and send them to me I'll make something with them!

Anyone ever use pinnacle studio to edit video?

Yup. Expensive as heck, but worth the cash IMHO. It's a good program, but in all honesty, my Mac does a WAY better job.

I like Pinnacle because I can get some killer slow-mo goin on and the effects are pretty good.

Thanks guys, I got it figured out. I couldnt get the videos to email. I got Windows Movie Maker to work, heck I didnt even know it was on my computer.

Be careful because that videoing and editing can be addictive!
