    what free software do you guys use to resize pics to put on the green screen?

    Download Microsoft PowerToys and then all you have to do is right click on the picture and then click resize. It will give you 3 size options. Very easy.

                  open pic
                  go to "image" click on attributes (that will tell you the size)
                  go to "image" again and click on "stretch and skew" in the top section make the percentages whatever they need to be to fit the greenscreen (usually 50% or so).

                    The one that works the best and fastest for me is www.irfanview.com It is free and works very easily and it allows you to do much much more than just resize.

                      Assuming you are running XP, this is the simplest resizer out there.



                      Scroll down about 2/3 of the way down on the right and download the resizer. The all you have to do is go to the picture file, right click and select resize. You need the medium size or smaller to post on here. You can custom resize for avitars as well.
