Need a dutch oven breakfast recipe

We're going camping tomorrow and would like a dutch oven recipe for breakfast; so much easier to wake up and throw the oven on the fire than making a big mess.

    Suggestions?

dice and fry potatoes, onions and bacon or sausage. drain off the grease and crack your eggs over the top of the mixture. cover until the eggs are cooked to the way you like them.

I have to admit I adapted this from a Paula Deen recipe on Food Network, (but there's enough of a difference to call it my own! ) It's always a big hit when I make it while camping. I'd suggest mixing your custard ingredients the night before, or even before you leave the house to go camping.

      Ingredients
2 loaves of Kings Hawaiian bread
      8 large eggs
1 1/2 cup Butter Pecan flavored coffee creamer (Eggnog works good around Christmas time!)
      1 1/2 cup Milk
      1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
      1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
      Maple syrup
      Praline Topping - recipe below

      Directions

Slice bread into 1" slices the night before, and leave out loosely covered. King's Hawaiian bread is very soft, so leaving it overnight to get stale will keep it from becoming too soggy. This is a must with KH bread!

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, creamer, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and whisk until blended but not too bubbly. I normally do this step the night before, as well.

      Praline Topping:
      1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
      1 cup chopped pecans
      2 tablespoons light corn syrup
      1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
      1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend well.

In the morning, arrange slices standing up in bottom of duch oven, overlapping the slices. Pour mixture over the bread slices, making sure all are covered evenly with the custard mixture. Spread Praline Topping evenly over the bread.

Prepare coals in charcoal chimney. Arrange coals to cook at about 350 degrees. I usually arrange 5 coals evenly on the bottom, and then line the outter rim of the lid with coals (to form a column of heat), with another 2 or 3 placed in the middle.

(Others use different techniques to achieve 350, and that's fine too).

Bake for 40-50minutes, rotating the lid and the dutch oven 90 degrees about every 15 minutes, until puffed and lightly golden. Serve with maple syrup.

          monkey bread

I like the recipe below, but I use the uncooked wheat breakfast rolls. I unpack them the night before and place in thedutch oven, make pretty much the same mixture as above(praline mixture that is) , and pour it over the top. Find a place to leave it uncovered and cool. In the morning cook it the same way as mentioned above. enjoy! We call it monkey bread.

This is all from memory so I could have left something out but it goes like this
We cook bacon and sausage before we go and break up the bacon and sausage in to small pieces then we scramble a lot of eggs and make pretty much premade breakfast burritos then when we get there we spray the oven down with some spray butter and start to layer the burritos and add salsa and cheese of your choice between each layer we will stack tem about 3 or 4 on the top layer we just lightly spray them and then a light layers of cheese and then cook till the top is kind of golden brown
