Well after 2 back surgeries and 1 neck surgery, I am still in CONSTANT pain. I have needed pain meds since my first back surgery in 92'. I hate having to be dependant on pain meds for minimal relief. I have found the Laser Spine Institute, through the show Brooke knows best. Terry "hulk" hogan recently had a proceure there and says he has almost 100% pain relief. After consulting with the institute they say after reviewing my MRI's that I will need 2 different procedures. They say both procedures will take less than 11 days, and on my way home. There are 2 places to go, either Tampa, FL or Phoenix, Az. I think I will go to Florida. That is where the founding person, Dr. St. louis is operating. I have submitted my insurance, and am waiting my cost of said procedures. I am asking for prayers from the TBH bretheren, for all aspects of this process I am about to undergo. Thanks in advance.

There are a lot of ways God can help us through faith in Him. I pray that you will have faith that this is the right thing for you and your spine/pain issues and that God will use the surgeons and the technology to heal you. I am waiting on a praise report so we can give Him the glory in this healing. Please keep us posted.

Lubbock Hunter, I have a friend who told me about LSI and how they helped her mother. Her mom suffered with back pain for forty years,tried everything including surgery with no help. She went to the LSI a couple years ago and said it was the best thing she ever did. Good Luck

I am hoping to get this done in the next 30 days. As much research as I've done, and testimonials as I've read by many people such as dozens of PGA golfers, one playing a tourney and winning 10 days after his procedure, and uncountable amounts of pro football and baseball players. It is a 5 day procedure. Day 1 consult. Day 2 new MRI. day 3 procedure. day 4 rehab. day 5 rehab , and go home. Since I am having 2 procedures , Neck and lower back mine will be 11 days, knocking out days 1 and 2 on the next procedure. I have been going to the CHIRO for a month straight, and yeah it gives a little relief, but only temporarly. I am just so sick and tired of HURTING. My wife does not deserve the way I treat her sometimes, because of the pain. Or anyone for that matter. I can be such a d**k when I'm in pain. This type of procedure, focuses on the 3 main problems that I have. Severe spinal stenosis( which is the narrowing of the spinal canal that carries the bundle of nerves). Degenerative disc disease, and bone spurs from both neck and back surgeries. This type of procedure leaves less than 1% of scar tissue compared to traditional open back surgeries, with no possiblities of new bone spurs.( because my fusions are already fully healed) So if anyone is thinking of having back surgery atleast give LSI.com a look see, and talk with them to see if that might be the route for you. Have you tried acupuncture? It sounds like hockus-pockus and the mysterious Dr. Wu, but I was able to get facial tics I have had since childhood controlled with it, and my Mom gets treatments when nothing else worked for elbow pain.

Yeah Bill, I've tried acupuncture and I'm at my wits end, and like I said with all the excellent testimonials for the specific conditions that I have it's like reading letters that I would have written explaining the pain. so I've tried everything else so why not this. I appreciate all the prayers and concerns.
