Just this past weekend we had a couple curious pics that look very similar to yours. We looked at them for a good while. It looks like it has a long, thick tail!!!

We assume hog most definitely.

we've hadem rip the bottom right out of those free choice feeders like that. We have put 3' panels around em and they still get in. Good luck on getting him out of there.
