Sad Day for Our Family

It's a sad day today in our family...my Father passed away today after a hard fought battle with Cancer. My Dad taught me to hunt, fish and he encouraged my love of the outdoors.

So, I'm going to share with you my favorite memory of him.....
He taught me how to gut a Doe with a broken Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer bottle and a Zippo lighter! How's that for a great memory???!!!

My thoughts and prayers are with you for that heart felt loss. I lost my grand father last year. He helped me gut my first buck at 16 yrs old (23 yrs ago). Him and my dad and one of their friends, loaded the deer up in the truck, drove away as a joke and made me walk a half mile back to deer camp. I spend many moments in the woods hunting and thinking back on those times. Make those moments with your family so you are remembered. God Bless!!!
