Have a habit of cooking too much on Sunday. Today was cherry and pecan smoked hog sausage, hog tlion wrapped in bacon, green peppers, squash and 2 freshly caught rainbow trout. Add a 6 pack of Sam Adams and you have one fat and happy guy!!!!

I just did a italian sausage pasta and made enough for forty men I took some to my mom and still had over 1/2 a pan.. Leftovers all week long.
