Arguably one of the best bows Mathews has ever made.

Well I shoot a switchback and haven't upgraded yet. Don't see the need yet. I would give that for one in really good shape. They're smooth on draw and quiet. If it feels right you'll know it.

I bought a drenalin first then got a used switchback, The sb xt is my goto bow now I love it, as mentioned probably the best bow they have, or that I have shot. I paid 550 for one completely rigged so I would say thats a decent deal, wont beat it IMO

I agree. I've bought 3 compounds since I got my SBXT but still keep it.
IMO, the easiest, smoothest drawing bow that I've owned.

All I know is at 29" draw 63# draw weight and a 450gr arrow it puts out a whopping 220 fps!
I had a Switchback not the xt and loved it!

I still shoot the original Switchback. There is a "sleeper" bow in Mathews line if you are looking for one like it.

                    the S2

It is the same bow frame as the original SB but it has the newer C1 cam. My dad bought this bow and it is definitely a step up from the original.

To me, it has a solid back wall. No creep like the Switchback.

Definitely a bow to look at if you are looking new. Plus, the price for a new one is around 650. Double B in Conroe has one on the shelf.

And, unlike the Switchback.... the S2 is available in black.
