Light show started at 2:30AM

Wow! It was pretty intense for awhile and my girls could not go back to sleep. Power went out for a second and that is all it took for the girls to come running into our room.

One bolt seemed like it wanted to stay connected to the heavens and the earth. It was the brightest I have ever seen.

Yep, it started up in Allen about 1:00am. It just hit here in Dallas about an hour ago.

woke me up in richardson sometime around 2ish. it calmed down about 20min later, but couldn't go back to sleep until after 4:30. then the second round got me up a little after 5. it was an impressive show, but it's gonna be a long day at work......

The only 'light show' we get here in San Antonio is when the police squad car drives by in front of the house !
